Here are some details to keep in mind before you join us on a thrilling snowmobile ride.
Tour Check-In Times
Tour Times: 9:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m.
Arrival: Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
Check-In Details
Payment & Liability:
A credit card or debit card is required at check-in to cover potential damages. All major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds are available if cancellations are made at least 48 hours before the tour. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
Guide Gratuities:
Gratuities are not included in the tour price.
A $60 auto-gratuity will be added at check-in.

Restrictions
Age/Driving Requirements:
Minimum age to drive: 15 years old (with a learner’s permit or driving experience).
Proof of age is required at check-in.
Prior snowmobile experience is required for the High Adventure Tours.
Passenger Policy:
This tour is restricted to individual riders only. No passengers are allowed.
Health Restrictions:
Pregnant women may not participate.
Liability Waiver:
All participants must sign a standard liability waiver before the tour.
What to Wear & Bring
Required Clothing:
Warm winter clothing (ski apparel is acceptable).
Snow pants, insulated waterproof boots, gloves, and a winter jacket.
A scarf, neck gaiter, or face mask for added warmth.
Required Eyewear:
Goggles or sunglasses are mandatory. Guests without proper eyewear cannot participate. Goggles are not available for rent, so plan accordingly.
Provided Gear:
Helmets are provided (ski helmets are not allowed).
